Booking & Packages
Booking is simple! You can browse our packages on the website and submit an inquiry form. Alternatively, contact our sales team via WhatsApp (+60 11-5883 6384). Once you confirm your itinerary, we will issue an invoice for the deposit.
Yes! We specialize in custom private tours. Whether you want a honeymoon trip, a corporate retreat, or a family vacation, we can tailor the schedule, hotels, and activities to fit your needs and budget.
Most of our full-board packages include accommodation, transportation (private/shared), airport transfers, meals as per itinerary, and a driver/guide. Flight tickets are usually optional unless stated otherwise.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance for regular seasons. For peak seasons (School Holidays, Raya, Year-End), we advise booking 3-4 months ahead to secure the best hotels and rates.
Yes, we have scheduled group departures for certain destinations. However, our specialty is private tours where you have the vehicle and guide exclusively for your group.
Yes, we can assist with flight bookings for domestic and international routes as an add-on service to your ground package.
Payment & Cancellations
Typically, a 30-50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be cleared 14-30 days before the departure date, depending on the destination.
We accept Online Bank Transfer (FPX), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and E-wallets. International clients can pay via Wise or Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
Yes, we offer an installment plan where you can pay monthly leading up to your trip. Full payment must be completed before the travel date.
Cancellations made 30 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to hotel/airline policies). Cancellations within 14 days are usually non-refundable. Please refer to your specific booking terms.
Travel Documents & Visas
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. For Malaysian citizens, many countries are visa-free. Our team will advise you on the specific requirements during booking.
Yes, for destinations requiring e-Visas or Tourist Visas (like China, India, Australia), we offer visa application assistance services for a small processing fee.
Basic travel insurance is generally NOT included unless specified. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (e.g., Etiqa, Allianz) to cover medical emergencies and flight delays.
Halal Food & Support
Yes. JomTour specializes in Muslim-friendly tourism. We ensure all meals included in our packages are Halal or Muslim-friendly (seafood/vegetarian options in non-Muslim countries).
Absolutely. Our itineraries are designed with prayer times in mind. Our guides will ensure stops at Mosques or suitable prayer facilities during the journey.
Our guides primarily speak English and Malay. For specific destinations (like Korea or Japan), we can arrange for guides who speak the local language as well as English/Malay.
You will have the contact number of your assigned driver/guide. Additionally, our HQ support team in Malaysia is available via WhatsApp for emergency assistance.
